TALLAHASSEE MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO MAKING A FALSE STATEMENT TO A FEDERAL AGENCY

Norman John Horner, II, 43, of Tallahassee, Florida, pleaded guilty to false statement to a federal agency. The plea was announced by John P. Heekin, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida.
