WASHINGTON, Dec. 1 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has launched a third review to determine if revoking the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on citric acid and certain citrate salts from China would likely cause material injury to the domestic industry.
This action, pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930, seeks information from interested parties to assess the future market impact should the duties be lifted.
