WASHINGTON, Dec. 1 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency withdrew a direct final rule concerning its acquisition regulation on "Special Contracting Methods; Options; Contracts."
This action follows the receipt of adverse comments on the rule.
The rule, which was published on Sept. 22, 2025, would not take effect because the EPA received adverse comment by the stated deadline of Oct. 31, 2025.
