NHTSA Grants Michelin North America Petition on Tire Labeling Noncompliance, Exemption

WASHINGTON, Nov. 30 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has granted a petition from Michelin North America Inc. (MNA), Greenville, South Carolina, regarding a noncompliance in labeling on roughly 7,153 Michelin LTX A/T2 tires.

The noncompliance involves incorrect information printed on the sidewalls of tires sized LT275/65R20 126/123R, manufactured between Jan. 15, 2023, and Feb. 8, 2023.
