WASHINGTON, Nov. 30 (TNSFR) -- Third Coast Bancshares Inc., Houston, Texas, and CSBL Acquisition Inc., San Antonio, Texas, have submitted applications to the Federal Reserve System seeking approval under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956 to either become a bank holding company or acquire the assets or control of other banking institutions.
