WASHINGTON, Nov. 28 (TNSFR) -- Rotor Technologies Inc., Nashua, New Hampshire, petitioned the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration to grant it relief from various Federal Aviation Regulations to permit the operation of its heavy rotor-wing unmanned aircraft systems (UAS).
