WASHINGTON, Nov. 28 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Treasury Office of the Comptroller of the Currency issued a request for information (RFI) to better understand the challenges community banks face with their core service providers and other essential third-party vendors.
This effort seeks to determine how these issues affect community banks' abilities to remain competitive in a rapidly evolving marketplace, and what actions the OCC can take to address them.
