WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has instituted an investigation into the importation and sale of liquid crystal display (LCD) devices, components and products containing them, based on allegations of patent infringement.

This action follows a complaint filed on Aug. 29, 2025, by BH Innovations LLC, New York, which was later amended to include Longitude Licensing Ltd. and 138 East LCD Advancements Ltd., both of Dublin, Ireland, as complainants.
