WASHINGTON, Nov. 28 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation National Highway Traffic Safety Administration proposed to delay the compliance date and implement a phase-in period for updated event data recorder (EDR) requirements in response to petitions for reconsideration.
