WASHINGTON, Nov. 27 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement issued a direct final rule to revise federal regulations by removing language identifying obsolete funds for distribution to eligible states and tribes.
