WASHINGTON, Nov. 27 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency proposed to approve a state implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by Virginia.
The revision seeks to remove two existing stationary source regulations from Virginia's SIP, as the state reports there are no longer any sources subject to the rules in Virginia. This action is being taken under the Clean Air Act (CAA).
