NOAA: Commercial Fishing Industry's Small Business Size Standard Remains $11 Million

WASHINGTON, Nov. 27 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration announced that the small business size standard for the commercial fishing industry will remain set at $11 million in annual gross receipts.
NOAA made this determination following a review, concluding that no revision to the current standard is warranted at this time. This standard is used solely for the purposes of complying with the Regulatory Flexibility Act (RFA).
