WASHINGTON, Dec. 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced the receipt of 18 environmental impact statements filed from Sept. 22 - Nov. 17, 2025.
EPA is required by Section 309(a) of the Clean Air Act to make public its comments on these environmental documents.
Additionally, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) adopted the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's Final EIS No. 20240243, which was filed with the EPA in Dec. 2024.
