WASHINGTON, Nov. 26 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has decided that removing the countervailing duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from China would likely cause the continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S.
This determination was made following a five-year review initiated under the Tariff Act of 1930. The review concerns a product commonly used as a chlorine source for sanitizing pools.
