WASHINGTON, Nov. 26 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection has initiated a general notice to announce a pilot program that will allow asset-based and non-asset-based Third Party Logistics Providers (3PLs) to participate in the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) Program.
