WASHINGTON, Nov. 26 (TNSFR) -- Morgan Stanley Capital Group Inc. (MSCG), New York, has applied to the U.S. Department of Energy for the renewal of its authorization to export electric energy from the U.S. to Canada. The application requests a five-year renewal of its current export authorization.
