WASHINGTON, Nov. 26 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has finalized a Clean Air Act Tribal Minor New Source Review permit allowing Agua Caliente Tribal Corp., Palm Springs, California, to modify and operate a gasoline dispensing facility known as Agua Caliente Fuel Rancho Mirage.
