WASHINGTON, Nov. 25 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of War (formerly the U.S. Department of Defense) moved forward with a potential $4.1 billion arms sale to Japan for up to nine KC-46A aerial refueling aircraft and associated equipment.
