WASHINGTON, Nov. 24 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice lodged a proposed Consent Decree with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa on Nov. 17, 2025, in the lawsuit entitled U.S. vs. Wynja Feedlot Inc. The action seeks to resolve alleged violations of the Clean Water Act arising from the defendant's cattle-feeding operation in Orange City, Iowa.
