WASHINGTON, Nov. 24 (TNSFR) -- Vitol Inc., Geneva, Switzerland, an energy power marketer, has applied to the U.S. Department of Energy Grid Deployment Office for renewed authorization to transmit electric energy from the U.S. to Mexico.
