WASHINGTON, Nov. 24 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement is issuing a direct final rule to revise federal regulations by rescinding obsolete provisions relating to the scope of rules implementing the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (SMCRA).
