WASHINGTON, Nov. 24 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement has issued a direct final rule to amend federal regulations and eliminate obsolete provisions concerning surface mining reclamation funds.
