WASHINGTON, Nov. 25 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement has proposed to amend its federal regulations by rescinding language that refers to obsolete funds related to distributions made to states and tribes.
This action, implemented through a direct final rule seeks to remove references to "prior balance replacement funds" from the Federal regulations at 30 CFR Part 885.
