WASHINGTON, Nov. 24 -- Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese addressed a news conference in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he began by discussing the monitoring of Tropical Cyclone Fina's expected impact on the Tiwi Islands and Darwin.
