VA Rescinds Proposal on Whole Health Copayment Exemptions

WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs has withdrawn a proposed rule that sought to exempt whole health well-being services from copayment requirements for inpatient hospital care and outpatient medical care.

The VA stated that it is rescinding the proposed rule because of ongoing assessments of agency needs, priorities, and objectives. The proposal aimed to encourage veteran utilization of Whole Health well-being services, which consist of education . . .
