WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has initiated an investigation concerning the importation and sale of certain photodynamic therapy systems, their components and associated pharmaceutical products.
This action follows the finding by the presiding administrative law judge (ALJ) of a violation of the governing statute. The inquiry focuses on products imported, sold for importation, or sold after importation by four companies.
