WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has withdrawn a proposed rule that would have increased registration fees for individuals and organizations transporting, or offering to transport, hazardous materials.
