WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed to approve a portion of a state implementation plan (SIP) submission from Michigan concerning the infrastructure requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA) for the 2015 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS).
