WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed to find that the tribal portions of the Greater Connecticut ozone nonattainment area, governed by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation and the Mohegan Indian Tribe, failed to meet the 2015 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) by the Aug. 3, 2024.
