WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is finalizing the approval of a state implementation plan (SIP) revision for Rhode Island, an action that removes the requirement for Stage II vapor recovery equipment at gasoline dispensing facilities (GDFs).
