WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has issued a direct final rule to approve an element of Michigan's state implementation plan (SIP) for the 2015 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS).
