WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 (TNSFRinfo) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce Patent and Trademark Office is requesting public comment on the extension and revision of an existing information collection regarding national security and patent applications.
The collection entitled Secrecy and License to Export gathers information necessary for the Patent and Trademark Office to review petitions related to secrecy orders and licenses for filing patent applications in foreign countries.
