WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 -- Carnival Corp. and PLC, Miami, Florida, celebrated the 10th anniversary of its Amber Cove Cruise Center in the Dominican Republic marking a decade of community partnership and progress in the Puerto Plata region. Carnival reported that the center, which opened in 2015, successfully re-established the country's north coast as a top cruise destination after more than thirty years without regular ship visits.
