WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security Citizenship and Immigration Services has issued a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) that suggests rescinding the 2022 regulations concerning the public charge ground of inadmissibility.
