WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has approved an alteration to the Arizona state implementation plan (SIP). This revision involves a rule from the Maricopa County Air Quality Department (MCAQD) concerning emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from petroleum solvents utilized in dry cleaning.
