WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 (TNSFR) -- JUUL Labs Inc., San Francisco, California, and VMR Products LLC, Miami, Florida, have filed a complaint with the International Trade Commission alleging violations of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
The filing centers on the importation into the U.S., the sale for importation and the sale within the U.S. after importation of vaporizer devices, cartridges and components.
