WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 (TNSFR) -- Netlist Inc., Irvine, California, filed with the International Trade Commission alleging violations of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930. The complaint focuses on the importation into the U.S., the sale for importation, and the domestic sale after importation of dynamic random access memory (DRAM) devices, products containing the same and their components.
