WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Energy has published a draft voluntary agreement developed to reinforce the nation's nuclear industrial base under the Defense Production Act (DPA).
The agreement, which was unveiled at a public meeting held on Oct. 23, 2025, sets forth a broad framework for achieving the objectives of Executive Order 14302, titled "Reinvigorating the Nuclear Industrial Base."
