WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management has replaced regulations governing the National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska (NPR-A) surface resources to support national energy policy and align management with the Naval Petroleum Reserves Production Act of 1976 (NPRPA).
