WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection has issued a final rule that mandates commercial vessel operators to electronically submit the data elements of Form I-418, Passenger List--Crew List, in place of a paper submission.
