WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration has removed regulations concerning the Federal Lands Highway Program and its associated management systems for the National Park Service (NPS) and the Park Roads and Parkways Program.
