WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration issued a final rule rescinding regulations concerning the Federal Lands Highway Program (FLHP) and the associated management systems for the Forest Service and the Forest Highway Program.
