WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed to approve a revision to the State of New York's state implementation plan (SIP) for the ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS). This proposed rule addresses a source-specific SIP (SSSIP) revision for the Calpine JFK Energy Center, located at Kennedy International Airport, Jamaica, New York.
