WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has approved North Dakota's partial Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR) permit program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
EPA determined that the state's program meets the standard for approval after reviewing the CCR permit program application submitted by the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality (NDDEQ).
