WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration has issued a final rule to place the substance 4-chloromethcathinone (4-CMC) in schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act.
This action imposes the regulatory controls, administrative, civil and criminal sanctions applicable to schedule I controlled substances on any person who handles or proposes to handle 4-CMC.
