NYC Mayor Adams and ACS Commissioner Expand Foster Youth Programs for College and Careers

WASHINGTON, Nov. 15 -- New York City Mayor Eric Adams and Administration for Children's Services Commissioner Jess Dannhauser announced the expansion of key youth programs in foster care on Nov. 13, 2025, at The Children's Village. The city is committing $163 million to grow the Fair Futures program, which offers one-on-one coaching, to serve approximately 6,000 youth, a 50 percent increase.
