WASHINGTON, Nov. 13 (TNSFRinfo) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has submitted an information collection request for approval to extend the Air Emissions Reporting Requirements (AERR). This action is in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act.
The EPA initially asked for public input through the Federal Register on June 5, 2025, which started a 60-day comment period. This notice provides an extra 30 days for the public to submit comments.
