WASHINGTON, Nov. 11 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security imposed a one-year suspension of its rule entitled "Expansion of End-User Controls to Cover Affiliates of Certain Listed Entities" until Nov. 9, 2026.
The initial Affiliates Rule, published on Sept. 30, 2025, stipulated that any entity at least 50 percent owned, directly or indirectly, by one or more entities on the Entity List would automatically be subjected to the same export . . .
