WASHINGTON, Nov. 11 -- New York City Mayor Eric Adams announced the tragic line-of-duty death of Firefighter Patrick Brady, who passed away after responding to a five-alarm fire on Kings Highway in Brooklyn. Speaking at a press event, the mayor expressed his deepest sympathy to Brady's wife, Kara, and the entire family, noting that Brady came from a strong lineage of New York City firefighters.
