WASHINGTON, Nov. 9 (TNSLrpt) -- The Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) has released report PNNL-37799, titled 'Core Model Proposal 401: Ukraine as an Independent Region,' authored by Hassan Niazi, Roan P. Chadsey, Ying Zhang, Anastasiia Zagoruichyk, Pralit L. Patel, and Nazar Kholod. The report, prepared in June 2025 under Contract DE-AC05-76RL01830 for the U.S. Department of Energy, introduces Ukraine as an independent region within the Global Change Analysis Model (GCAM).
